Quotas enforce nothing#
Usage is counted and displayed, but never enforced. Going over a limit does not stop collection, does not stop verdicts, and does not break your checkout.
A fraud service that cuts out mid-month over a bill turns a billing problem into a production incident.
How usage is counted#
From stored visits, scoped to the workspace. Heartbeats and departure flushes are not counted, because they are not visits.
Upgrading#
The upgrade button files a request; it takes no payment. No payment provider is connected yet; the request is emailed and the team applies the plan by hand.
The screen says exactly that rather than showing a checkout flow that does not exist.
